Second feed questions

Hi,

I am currently feeding the Philadelphia Citywide Police feed and would like to apply for a second feed to broadcast a 700 Mhz trunked county fire system that just came online this week. I would like to use a Barix instreamer but it would take a few days to order and receive it. Would it be possible to use Scannercast temporarily at a higher rate compatible with the Instreamer until I receive the Barix? Also how long does it normally take to
get approved once the TOS is agreed?

You can use Scannercast, also it takes around 1 hour to ill say 3 days normally 1-2 days to get approved to broadcast a feed. I would apply to broadcast the feed today so when you get the Barix you can broadcast right away.
