When Obama was in NYC,they actually jam the frequencies so even if you can decode them,you are out of luck! Its like a beeping sound they jam with that.Dont expect to listen to anything Presidential.....There were lots of frequencies,just couldnt listen.......Yes my scanner works,thank you.
