Is anyone here familiar with the state Disaster and Emergency Services HF radio system? As listed at the bottom of this page. Is this system in active use? Or is it just a backup in case other comms are unavailable?

Could be worth a try to listen, but judging from the data in the District 1 section, it may be out of date. Many of those are old VHF dispatch channels that aren't used anymore.
