Senitel Software Help for dummy

When it comes to trying to program my SDS scanner using the Senitel software, I am the dummy of everyone. I have followed all the instructions. I have port comm4 assigned to the scanner. I installed the software. Made my favorite lists. When I plug the scanner in, I choose USB mass storage. I go into the Senitel software, go under scanner and write the lists to the scanner. I do this for all the lists. I disconnect the scanner. And I get the message, Scan Mode. Nothing to scan. Is there any type of guide for dummies that can take me through step by step? I have gone on Youtube and I'm still lost.

Check the scanner to make sure the service types are enabled. I had the same issue until I figured that out.

Unlikely the problem but who knows. More likely OP didn’t select to download and monitor the favorites lists he/she created using profile editor in Sentinel.
