I just attempted to update my database. It went most of the way through the process and failed. I tried updating the database again but it thinks it has the most current version. The database is empty. I've reinstalled the software and deleted the files other than favorites with no luck. When I open the software, it still says database corrupted and to reinstall software... Any other suggestions? Dave

Your database should be located at "\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Uniden\HomePatrol_Sentinal\Database". This may vary slightly by the version of windows that you have. Also check in the "\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Uniden\HomePatrol_Sentinal\Updater" directory and delete the bad files (think .gz) and you should be all set.

After thinking about it for a few moments, You don't have to delete anything, just rename it something like *.old
