a family member bought a new computer with windows 11 installed and downloaded sentinel. the problem is it keeps prompting to install windows .net 2.0 even though we installed 2.28. does anyone know how to fix the error?

In Windows go to…..
Control Panel --> Programs --> Turn Windows features on or off (in the upper left corner)
Once that window populates, click in the box at the top that says ".NET Framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”, and .NET 4.8.....
Click OK, and they will be installed. Then Sentinel will install on that computer.
Seems like every week...(?)
