I am trying to read from scanner to replace a lost database, it gets half way through and my Win 11 HP laptop locks up, I need task manger to clear the lock up. This happens with a first to scanner and from the sd disk as well. Sds 100, and 200

I'm sure you'll get other tips and hints, but you might want to check your virus protection and firewalls to see if they are interfering.

Sounds like a bad SD card.

A few questions if I may: Issue involves 2 scanners / 2 SD cards? Laptop's been rebooted since first experiencing issue? Running latest version of Sentinel? Turn off antivirus & firewall temporarily & run Sentinel as administrator. Any joy?

Issue resolved, I created a single Fav. Group. Then made sure the software scanner type match the scanner, say sds 200, then it allowed the loading of the card to the computer.
