I have got the program working. Try to download to sds100. said it downloaded and done. Unplugged scanner and there is nothing in it. All favorite list empty. What am I doing wrong?

Did you put scanner in mass storage mode? And write to it from Sentinel?
Yes. storage mode. I read what is my scanner and did some editing. went to write to scanner. When it said its done, unplugged it and nothing is now in the scanner. no fav. list
Thanks anyway. I figured it out. Some how monitor and download got turned off. Almost passed out seeing all the fav list gone. Thanks
