How do I get .net to install so I can put sentinel on my Windbook running Windows 10 OS.
It gets about two thirds of the install, and then fail!

If your computer is missing the .NET version that Sentinel needs, try this:

In Windows 10, go to:

Control Panel --> Programs and features --> Turn Windows features on or off (in the upper left corner)

Once that window populates, click in the box that says ".NET Framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”..... You don't need to select the 2 sub-headings under that main one.

Click OK, and it will be installed. Then you can install and run Sentinel. Note... Going partially through the install is not a typical symptom of not having the right .NET version.... Sentinel will usually refuse to start the install at all. Give it a try and let us know.

All I see in Control Panel is Programs, with uninstall programs in blue.

Another path, at least in Win 10 20H2, is Settings -> Apps -> Apps and Features -> Optional Features. Scroll down to Related Settings near the bottom and click on More Windows Features. This will open the Turn Windows Features On and Off Box.

Is the Windows 10 OS problematic?
Never has been problematic at all for me. You're still not seeing the "Turn Windows Features On or Off"?
