How do I get .net to install so I can put sentinel on my Windbook running Windows 10 OS.
It gets about two thirds of the install, and then fail!
Ron
If your computer is missing the .NET version that Sentinel needs, try this:
In Windows 10, go to:
Control Panel --> Programs and features --> Turn Windows features on or off (in the upper left corner)
Once that window populates, click in the box that says ".NET Framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”..... You don't need to select the 2 sub-headings under that main one.
Click OK, and it will be installed. Then you can install and run Sentinel.
Note... Going partially through the install is not a typical symptom of not having the right .NET version.... Sentinel will usually refuse to start the install at all. Give it a try and let us know.
