Sentinel: Sentinel question

OK its been a long time but adding a new to list I uploaded to radio but it won't scan, I can go tru it my manual but it won't scan, most likely some where you can turn on the scan but cant find it

In Sentinel go to Edit > Edit Profile and make sure Monitor and Download are ON then re-upload to scanner.

tried that ut still noting but I notice some where set to avoid turn that off but still no scan

ok figure it out service type was not on just those little things are hidden
