I am new to this, but I downloaded all of the Sentinel .ZIP files to my PC and unzipped them. However on attempting to run Sentinel, it said I needed v2.0 of the .NET framework to run. Win10 is currently using v5+. Is there a straightforward place to download and install Sentinel? I'd like to upgrade the firmware on my new SDS100.

Go to the Windows "Turn Windows features on or off" then see if the very top item is the same as this image.

Bob is correct. Also note that .NET is unlike most software in that V4 does not replace/supercede V2. Each major version (4.x vs 2.x for example) is a separate spec. 4.0 is only replaced by 4.1, or 4.2, etc.

You can have multiple major versions of .NET installed. (and most people do)

The exception to this is that V3.5 does include V2.
