Sentinel software problems ?????

I cannot get my Sentinel software to amend when trying to add channels to my favorites. I get my full data base and all but like i said whenever i try to add new data the amend button is grayed out.I have tried every thing i could to figure this out including you tube .Im running windows 10 if that helps?This is on a sds 200 Thanks for any help.

If you mean "append"..... as in append lists from the master database in the left Sentinel window into a favorites list, you need to expand the list you are looking at (click the "+") and drill down that way to the system you want..... then the "append" is no longer grayed out. You can't append from the state or county level. only from the system or department level.
