I own an Sds100 and a sds200 scanner. I installed the Sentinel Software on a Windows 10 laptop. When connected to the laptop, the scanners connect properly, but on the row that shows my favorites list, it does not display the USA or Canada database information. I’ve attached a screen capture to illustrate the problem I’ve encountered.

Have you actually really clicked either of the 2 + signs right under the database to see if they are expandable.

Seems like your display setting is set to inverted, and sentinel somehow, hard-coded in such a way for of USA/Canda use black font (mm, how likely?), instead of using the system foreground color (white), so black font melts into the vast black backgound?

Welcome to the forums. Yes, definitely looks like a Windows "themes" issue to me. Try going into "Themes and related settings" and change your theme back to Windows 10 default or something else where the window background color isn't black

I had a similar issue with Turbotax for 2020 and 2021. It was explained to me as a 'dark format'. To fix it - and it took some time to figure it out is in the screen setup (or something like that - I'm no computer guy) - find color management and then contrast - turn it off and that fixed my problem immediately. Hope this helps
