Just received my new sds100. Database is out of date, say 2018. Cannot update it. I get an error message saying Server returned Entered Passive sleep mode. Did This ever happen to anyone? Waiting on uniden to get back to me

well thank you guys, your advice solved the problem. I switched over to my laptop on a different service, and it went right through.
