Just received my new sds100. Database is out of date, say 2018. Cannot update it. I get an error message saying Server returned Entered Passive sleep mode. Did This ever happen to anyone? Waiting on uniden to get back to me

T-Mobile strikes again.
You might try going through a VPN to update? I have heard that has worked for someone else.

well thank you guys, your advice solved the problem. I switched over to my laptop on a different service, and it went right through.
