SDS100/SDS200: Sentinel Updating the SDS 100

When updating my SDS100 is there a way to include the system ID, the TGID, the Site ID, and the UID to the Scanner when doing an update or do those have to be manually installed on the scanner and if so, how do you add them manually? Thanks in advance!

Go in scanner display mode. Sounds like it’s set to simple mode.

It is in Detail scan mode yet they don't come up? all I see are blank line ---- on them?

On my SDS 100, it acts kind of weird. Some of the info is displayed when it is actually receiving voice traffic and when receiving carrier (before going back to control channel) it receives the other portion.

Set a display field to show Digital Error Count. Menu/Display Options/Customize/Set Detailed Trunk. If it shows 5 or lower it's fine. If it goes higher it could indicate that reception are compromised and you could try different filter settings to try and get as few errors as possible.

If I understand the OP's request the answer is yes. I use Simple Mode as shown in attachment. For this to work you first must load in the Sentinel Favorite List the TG #, TG Alpha, UID Alpha and UID #, etc and then save the Favorite List to the scanner .
