Well its been a while since using the software I wanted to add some stuff and it ask to update the software and now thing works, cant believe my luck here are some photos of error I have tried deleting and reload but no luck. any ideastempImagetyrqL7.jpg

Check to see if you have Microsoft OneDrive turned on. Windows wants to put your files (including software installations) in the cloud, but Sentinel (and I believe all older .NET Framework software) needs to read from a local drive. (In other words, it literally cannot find its own installed files, or any database files, if Windows automatically used a virtual drive to install them.)

If you open up Windows Explorer, can you access that file path? That will help with working out what the issue is.
