Server Import Problem

On Friday (8/14/20) I imported frequencies & systems from Radio Reference into a newly purchased Uniden BCD-325P2 using ProScan & everything went fine. On Sunday (8/16/20) I was going to import another system so I returned to Radio Reference. When I attempted to log into the import feature I received the following message: "Unable to connect to the remote server". None of my settings were changed from the previous import (Login, PW, etc). I was using a Dell laptop, Windows 10 & ProScan. Went to my HP tower in another room using Windows 7, ProScan & Uniden BCD996XT about 10 minutes later & got "Invalid user name or password" error. That Login & password have not been changed in over a year. Checked this morning & the same errors are occurring. Any help would be appreciated.
