I tried looking over the GO jobs website without any results. I suppose it is the employer doing due diligence to make sure that no undesirable candidates who have contraversial archived postings on Facebook, Instagram, X (. . . . RadioReference ) become a succesful candidate for the position and embarrass the employer with their history.

OSINT. Open source intelligence. Basically, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, public forums, Reddit etc. Generally speaking, things that anyone can find out.

Since the competition closes April 10th, if you check back on April 11th, you will see the number of people that applied. Seeing that it is open and not internal competition, there will likely be a number of applicants, not necessarily all of them Canadian.
