BCD325P2/BCD996P2: SERVICE SEARCH

In service search all I am hearing is digital characteristics from every single hit. NFM is always on. Why is my BCD996P2 not allowing me to hear any of the P25 hits? It used to now it's like it is unable to translate. What the heck has happened? It used to pop up P25 on left hand corner and I get get intelligible audio.
