SF trunk having issues?

Good Morning,

For about the last 12 hours it appears there is about 1/2 the traffic on SF trunk system for fire. Only hearing dispatch tg's, no tac or command... Is anything going on or changes being made.. I've heard same complain from someone else also..

Yeah I think so-I heard a white guy and an Indian guy from "radio service" doing several radio checks across the talk groups here in the 10:00 hour.
