Shooting of two people near 40Th and Winthrop.IMPD caling for additional help with ERT to scene. A lot of people on foot and cars in the area. Persons are shot in the arm and leg going to Wishard and Methodist Hospitals in Indianapolis.5 street crime detectives are en-route to the scene. per Adam 201 second shift LT in charge of the North District.
