Shooting/Robbery Suspect

Newark Police just put out a BOLO on a Silver Audi with no front plates, occupied 1x by a male black. Wanted for a shooting and more than one attempted armed robbery within the last two hours. Union County PD had the vehicle in sight on the Newark/Elizabeth line but just lost it. Vehicle was at a high rate of speed, and multiple agencies are currently doing searching along the city limits for him. 10:14h

Vehicle found in Newark at Emerson & Frelinghuysen. Dumped. K9's tracking the suspect. 10:21h

Probably had a car parked/waiting in Weequahic park, He's a block from the entrance at foster st and there's parking along park drive right there

They're running plate. Likely stolen...Kentucky plate.

Dog tracked the suspect, and they have somebody. Awaiting one of the victims to arrive to make an ID.
