Signal 50/51 in Brunswick County?

I was listening to Brunswick County via Viper and I noticed extensive use of Signal 50/51. Dispatcher would ask officer if they are Signal 50, and they reply 51.
I have a list of the Brunswick County 10-Codes, but I haven't been able to locate the anything on the Signals/Codes. Has anyone seen a decent list? I know they are very county specific.

It probably means are you ok, and signal 51 means yes, anything else would mean they're not ok
