I agree that it is probably a TV. Thanks Brandon. Although your signal only looks similar on a spectrogram, and it isn't as wide, it still sounds almost exactly the same. That buzz is likely 30 Hz, corresponding with the frame-rate of US broadcast video.
Regardless of the dissimilarities, I think this signal is more than likely just what Brandon suggests, a TV. Not all TV's will have the same birdies.
Someone probably has an exceptionally leaky TV somewhere nearby, and at that particular time in the morning, the ionospheric layers were in proper configuration to bounce it right at me, just as WWV was starting to be drowned out by the D layer.
Thanks a lot you guys. Everyone has been more than helpful with the classification of this annoying little birdie (I guess we'll call it that). I knew I came to the right place.
