BCD325P2/BCD996P2: Simple BCD325P2 question

I’m used to the bcd125at and now have a bcd325p2 and everything is different. Reading through the manual I can’t figure out how to just punch in a single conventional freq and only listen to that freq. Is there a simple way to go to a specific freq without programming the unit? Thanks
