Site 207 Issues

I have not heard anything on site 207 for over an hour. Have tried two different radios and antennas.
I am receiving Dwight 154 and Sibley 251.
The only thing I see is the Prison encrypted TG's popping up
Any ideas or anyone else seeing the same?

My dad was hearing that Pontiac ISP dispatch was down and ISP D6 is being dispatched out of Springfield.

That might be it. I did hear many D-6 units calling Springfield and one officer saying his radio was out and to call him on cell phone. The c/c was changing a few times to. I am going to monitor it this am for a little to see if it came back up.

As of 10:15 local time 207 still down.
Been monitoring and logging for two hours no activity.

Hearing D6 here on T113 fine now ,

Site 207 is back on air.
Just got back home and it is humming away with the normal traffic.
Site 154 is passing some Grundy TG's now, Police 1, Police 2, and Fire 1 in both phase 1 and phase 2

It was possibly on Site Trunking and only the prison was using it. ISP officers could probably get into other sites without any problems.
