Site 4-36 Location

Does anyone know where Site 4-36 is located? CC 854.3625. I don't see it listed in the DB, I am assuming its a new site.
I am located in the Lake Charles area and can often listen to the Beaumont site using the same CC. Now I am affraid that may be the end of that with this new site. Not sure if it was just some skip I am picking up and not a 24/7 reception not allowing me to receive Beaumont any longer.

Simple Google search and FCC search shows Longville at the Trunkline Gas plant near Hwy 171 and 110

The cc (854.3625) I posted for the new site 4-36 has changed to 854.0875. Pretty much everything on that site I am hearing is all Calcasieu and Beauregard area traffic. Signal is not all that strong in the Westlake area. It appears a new site somewhere in the area.

Brand new site, 12 channels. Longville, LA Beauregard Parish.

I guess its safe to submit it to the DB at this point.
Also looks like the possiblity of a new site in Youngsville according to the FCC Search when looking at the Longville Site. next time I am in that area I will try to verify it unless someone in that area can confirm it and submit is as well.
Looks like the state has really been filling in alot of dead spots
