Sky Harbor Phase 2

I was near the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport today, and got a few minutes to monitor the RWC Sky Harbor IR site. Several talkgroups are now P25 Phase 2. Talkgroup 1199 (Main Dispatch) is the only unencrypted talkgroup that I monitored during this time.

Phase 2 in the clear:
1199 Main Dispatch

Phase 2 Encrypted:
1145 Parking
1154 Parking 2
1157 Sky Train Ops A
1159 Sky Train Ops B
1168 Transportation
1180 Facilities 1
1184 Terminal Ops
1188 Air Ops Talk

There may be other talkgroups that are now Phase 2, but the talkgroups above were observed during my short time monitoring.

These talkgroups I confirmed are still Phase 1 Encrypted:
1177 Unknown use
1191 IMS 2

By the way, TG 1158 (Deer Valley airport), and TG 1161 (Goodyear airport) are encrypted, from what I've heard in the past.

They're showing as clear in the DB. We should get it confirmed that they are encrypted, and change it in the DB.

Do we have any idea where the transmitter antenna is located. Spotty coverage throughout the valley. I thought it was on top of T4, but maybe not

Terminal 3. The transmitter is not very high, so it has a small coverage area.
