hello does anyone know what the ncc county skywarn frequencies are , thank you

I would hazard a guess that they are Repeaters | Delaware Repeater Association. Guilt by association.

There is a weekly weather net on W3BXW : Bristol Emergency Amateur Radio System. Thursdays, I think.

The NWS in Mount Holly, NJ, has Skywarn info here. National Weather Service Forecast Office - Philadelphia/Mount Holly

Gotta say the various web sites associated with DEMA, New Castle County Communication Corps, ARES, RACES, and DRA are less than helpful.

I did a bit more digging on Skywarn and found that W3BXW : Bristol Emergency Amateur Radio System does most of the work for WX2PHI. This Skywarn site breaks down the coverage for the area covered by NWS Mt Holly. HTH.
