I notice there's not much activity on this forum. Curious. I figured with Whistler and Uniden coming out with scanners that receive ProVoice, it would be active. I just spent a week there and all the Honolulu channels were very active.

I must have missed the announcement of Whistler having a ProVoice scanner. Can you provide a link to that?
