It was probably an accident. I have heard many unidentified agencies use the SMA channels in the past and tell one another they are on the wrong channel.

Technically a triple III can not be read, faxed or otherwise transmitted as it must be signed for by the requesting officer who is responsible for its content and disposal.
OLETS is a ball...YUCK. Eventhough it has been 14 years since I went. The class was bad enough. They put us up at the old Howard Johnsons down by the capital. Prostitutes knocking on the doors at night. Drunk Senators making noise out side and in the hall. To top it off a shotting in the parking lot..... oh yeah a great time.

My first thought was wow, that was a while back. Then, I realized that it's been 11 years since I went!! I stayed at the OMD officers quarters or something. I remember a bunch of army dudes everywhere. No hookers, no politicians, no shots were fired. I guess I got the bum deal on that trip.
