SMA Glass Mount Antenna?

Has anyone run across a glass mount antenna that comes standard with an SMA plug?
Most of the one's I've found are terminated with a BNC connector, and I'd rather not use a BNC-SMA adapter as that does introduce a little more loss. Couple that with the fact the setup already has some loss going thru the glass, I'd like to keep it to a minimum.

Any ideas?

The loss in a good adapter is 0.1db or less at 850 MHz.
