Since I retired a couple of years ago and moved down to a small one room Bachelor suite I got rid of a lot of my scanners and other stuff. I use just the Pro 97 for out and about as well as the Pro 2096 for my digital home based monitoring. I also have a Pro 96 which is out on loan to a friend who has had it for a couple of years now.

Here is a couple of pics of my small shack.

nice set up..is that an HD TV?

Thanks :)

Yes, 32" Sharp AQUOS, I have Shaw High Definition Package.

I am hoping to order up one of the new GRE PSR-500 portables when they come out in a couple of months. Hopefully Scanners Unlimited will sell them as I have bought all my scanners there

God, that old Receiver is almost 35 yrs. old now. It is an old 25 watt Viking SC 5813. I bought it at Eaton's Store back in the early 70's. Eaton's put the Viking name on all their products. I am not sure who made that brand for them, It could indeed be Pioneer. It still sounds great and lights up . Quick look at it in dark. Don't want to get off topic though or I will get in trouble with the mods.
