Yes, I guess I was a little confused because your post came right after the question:

Jerry, what web browser are you using?

As to that, what browser are you using? Obviously the problem is at your machine or else there would have been hundreds of people with the same problem and as of right now, you are the only one who cannot access the drop downs. Do you have the same problem with the drop downs that appear elsewhere on the forums?
