Snohomish county police codes

Does anyone have a list of the codes that Snohomish County Sheriff uses? Specifically, I'm wondering about the following . .

10-8 "clear" codes. They use things like 10-8 and then a letter designator which I'm guessing is the disposition of the call. For example, I think "10-8 William" is clear with a warning.

Unit designators. I bought the Scannerstuff book which had a lot of them, but there are even more that it doesn't have. For example, the Ocean units on SO North.
