The text of the error was: Host not found
get Host by name failed in tcp_connect()

That error is from the lowest-level code that uses Windows' TCP/IP stack to connect to RadioReference. I can only think of a couple of reasons why it would ever appear:
1. Computer not connected to the Internet
2. You're running a firewall that isn't allowing Win500 to access the Internet

EDIT: I presume you're running Win500 based on the version numbers mentioned.

right...probably zone alarm, but I have never had this trouble before??
