Soldering contract work

I want to modify an old scanner to install a discriminator tap, but because of familial tremors my hands shake too much for me to be able to solder anymore. I am just no longer able to do it. Any ideas as to what business I should try calling to see if I can pay someone to do 5 minutes' worth of work for a simple soldering job? There is no such thing as TV repairmen anymore... who would I call?

It is a Uniden BC142XL, I got it at a flea market for $30. It is a 24 year old scanner but it seems to work great. "Under the hood" the 142XL and the 175XL are nearly identical. Here are the instructions for the tap:

With my hand trembling I just can't hold the soldering iron perfectly in one place to solder anymore. So what do you think prcguy? I would absolve you of any inadvertent damage.

Looks easy to me. I was mil certified for soldering and inspecting when I worked on missile components and aircraft radar. I've also got lots of miniature Teflon coax and various small chassis connectors like BNC, SMA, RCA, whatever you might want on the back.
