Um, this was straigt off my Kenwood TS-440, doubles as my HF SWL receiver.

Probably the Coast Guard station NMC in Port Reyes, CA. I copy their FAXes once in a while.

Frequency usually is listed as 8682.0. The also use 4346.0.
