Hello,

I live in Corpus Christi, TX
Corpus Christi Trunking System, Corpus Christi, Texas - Scanner Frequencies

I have programmed my PRO-95 with the Shorline Site.
I have programed the talkgroups that I want to hear.
I have closed the bank.

When I scan the bank I hear the talkgroups that I have programed and everything seems to be in working order. However, at times I get a talk Group that says "ED# 003". Now this is the only talkgroup that comes up this way and I have reviewed the talkgroups programed into my scanner, using WIN95, and there is no such group.

I have also reviewed the database page listed above, and it does not have a 003 talk group.
The closest thing to this is the site ID, which I am using, and a Patches Talkgroup at the bottom..

Can someone please shed some light on this problem for me?
Its a law enforcement talkgroup and the scanner follows the 003 in conversations.

Thanks for any help.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum.

Ok,
I found my problem...
I re-downloaded from my scanner and I found the talkgroup ID #003.
I must have saved it through the scanner.

But this rasies another question...
If there is no talkgroup ID 003 in the list, why is the TG 003 showing up on my scanner???

I am new to trucking so any info would help.

The only thing I see at the very bottom of the system you are talking about I see unidens format for EDAC an it shows 00-003 Patch talkgroups.

I believe that this is a trunking issue and not a radio specific issue.
I posted this post in the trunking forum and It got moved here....

There is still this issue going on. The trunking info will be fine, then all of a sudden for about 15 minutes, the 001, 002, and 003 IDs show up on the scanner instead of the talkgroup IDs. Then all will go back to normal...

I was just wondering if this is a trunking control issue or what is going on here?....
