The final issues have been completed at almost all the sites, mostly
utility company and phone company.
The RF equipment is in and turned on but in most cases not "on the air"
All the antenna are installed.
The final stage linking the sites to the controller in being worked on daily.
On a seperate note the "large 800MHZ" user on one of the sites has a way to go. Backbone is in, but just a few of the channels are in the rack.
