I am looking to do an edit in the New York section of this page and right after New Jersey, the page seems to shift to the right. I Have no idea what caused it or for that matter, how to fix it.

That page is very misleading. P25 (and P25 Phase 2) by itself is NOT an encryption type - it is a modulation method. This page needs to be redone - perhaps by separating the P25 from any real encryption that might be on the system. You could even remove the agencies that are not encrypted - after all, that's not what the page title implies.

This is highly misleading to a newcomer...Mike
