I missed it if it was mentioned already, but I could swear CG L.A. had a transmitter on Palos Verdes.

They have to. If transmitting from San Clemente as documents show, on a tower 80 feet tall, using a 6db gain antenna and 100 watts -- they have a huge hole in the Port of Los Angeles. Since a great deal of the radio traffic is from a hand-held they have to have at least a remote receiver.

Or if not on the top of PV, maybe at least next to the traffic control building on the south side. Also... I can hear Sector no problem in the SF valley, and I doubt I could do that if they were just on SCI. I also hear LB Pilots no problem, and I believe they have a transmitter up on PV also.
