do the State Police Still use the Lowband for anything at all?..they are still liscensed for the LB System in the 42 and 46MHZ??...what's up with that?

they do use the a few channels in the 46 range for inter-agency comm.
I hear them in Hartford County all the time.

SP Troop K Colchester still transmits on 42.36 albeit with lower power that they used to. I think only for certain KC cars.
Also hear Troop F (Westbrook) on 42.48 on occasion. Have not heard Troop E or Troop D on their old frequencies.
