Middlebury DPW?

Is Middlebury DPW still on the listed lowband frequency in the DB or have they moved somewhere else? I’ve never heard them on the listed channel although it’s entirely possible it’s a reception issue given they’re lowband and my location between hills and trees is less than ideal for that…
