HAARP will broadcast a special transmission on March 3 between approximately 0700 and 0710 UTC to honor Dr. Chris Fallen. Chris was the Chief Scientist at HAARP from March 2018 - March 2019. Chris died at his home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in February 2024.
