ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - KNGS328 - SPIRIT MOUNTAIN RECREATION AUTHORITY
ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WQOS363 - NATIONAL SKI PATROL SYSTEM INC
Based on what I am seeing in the FCC Database, it might be as follows:
453.1875 National Ski Patrol (Repeater)
453.8500 Spirit Mountain (Repeater)
458.3500 Spirit Mountain (Simplex)
458.4000 Spirit Mountain (Simplex)
458.4500 Spirit Mountain (Simplex)
If anybody has any further information on these I would like to hear from them. I am particularly interested in PL/DPL and usage. I suspect that the repeater is where the main operations are and possibly they have simplex for on-site communications, maybe one for Alpine Slide, one for Zip Line, one for Tubing Hill. The nice thing about the Ski Patrol frequency pair is they can easily have a radio for their operations and be able to switch to talk to Spirit Mountain Management, since they are both on 453 mHz.
The other thing worth considering is the possibility of ARMER usage. While Spirit Mountain might appear to be a private business, it is, in fact, Spirit Mountain Recreation Area Authority, a component unit of the City of Duluth. As such, they could be on ARMER.
