Sarpy uses a TG as does DC stuff.

What does Cass, Saunders and Otoe Counties use? As far as I knew no one really was using Med channels anymore.

I've never heard it used in Omaha that's why I was wondering how some places give patient info while en route to the facility, or if it were done with a cellphone.

39.82

If memory serves me correct.. 39.82 hasn't been used in the Omaha area in several years. I know that Plattsmouth had to quit using it as most hospital had their LB equipment removed or shut down. Plattsmouth uses cell phones now, but will be upgrading to 800mhz in the future so as to be able to talk with the hospitals.

Saunders county uses either 39.82 or 39.9 but they may have moved to 800mhz.

Outside EMS going to an Omaha hospital use cellphone.

Syracuse Rescue

As far as Otoe County Goes...I used to be on Syracuse Rescue, and they had their own Frequency...it used to be 453.350, which was Fire/Rescue Dispatch, Syracuse PD, and Syracuse Hospital. That's what we used to contact them. Not sure what Nebraska City uses to contact the hospital. Palmyra and Douglas transport most of their patients to Lincoln. They might still be using 39.82, but I wouldn't be surprised if they use the EDACS Talkgroups that we use in Lincoln.

I'll try to check and update when I find out....
