St. Thomas Fire

Looks like the input to 154.445MHz is 148.960MHz which is an output of one of the Borden trunk system repeaters. Someone must have left the St Thomas Fire repeater input wide open and when conditions are right, it rebroadcasts Borden.

Whoops.

If that's the case, would STFD experience issues with their radios not properly allowing them to key up or such due to the repeater being left open during these conditions?
