Stand-Off in Grand Prarie

There's a stand-off going on in GP at I-20 on the Wal-Mart parking
lot. Police have a van surrounded. Suspects have fired shots

Between Dallas and Fort Worth, first town out of Dallas on the interstate. I used to go there once a month when the Naval Air Station was operational.

I thought it was out near Waller and Hempstead in Waller County. But oh well, never heard of an I-20 in Waller or Harris County so I know that you are right.

That turned out to be a big deal.
Armored was requested out of Mansfield and Arlington PD augmented GP PD.

A GP PD officer died and another was seriuosly wounded from what I remember.

The perp committed suicide.
